Abstract submission has been closed by 31 October.
The abstract must be submitted via the Indico tool (see below). It should not exceed 1500 characters (including header and empty lines). In addition, except for the invited talks, it must be accompanied by one full size page of more detailed information in order to allow the selection committee to make a sound decision.
It should put the emphasis on new developments or at least reflect the progress achieved since the last Conference (2010). Please keep in mind that the presentation time for contributed talks is 20 minutes (plus additional 5 minutes discussion time). For invited talks only the abstract is needed.
Submission Process
Please submit your abstract via the CERN Indico system. CERN users should user their NICE account. If you are not a CERN user, you may create a new CERN External Account.
After the registration, submit your abstract to Indico using Submit Abstract →
Please note that in addition to your abstract, we require a one-page summary of your topic, which should also include pictures and diagrams if applicable. This file must be uploaded to Indico during abstract submission. Submissions missing this summary are not taken into account during speaker and poster selection.
In case you have any problems while submitting your abstract, please contact the organizing committee.
